Bump & Beyond is a welcoming and inclusive parenthood support group offering a range of sessions for expectant families, new parents, and babies right up to their 2nd birthday. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the newborn fog, or chasing after a wobbly toddler — you’re not alone.

🤰 Who is it for?

• Expectant mums, dads, and non-birthing partners
• New parents and caregivers
• Families with babies and toddlers aged 0–2
• We welcome all kinds of families, at every stage of early parenthood.

💛 What We Offer:

• A variety of weekly sessions, workshops, and meetups, including:
• Antenatal & birth preparation classes
• Postnatal support groups
• Infant feeding advice and support
• Baby massage and bonding sessions
• Parent wellbeing & mental health check-ins
• Stay-and-play sessions for babies and toddlers
• Open discussions, peer support, and expert guest talks
• Dads & partners’ sessions
• Family connection activities (storytime, sensory play, etc.)

🌱 And Beyond Age 2...

• Turning two doesn’t mean the support stops. We offer follow-on programmes for toddlers and pre-schoolers, including:
• Little Explorers (for ages 2–4): play-based learning, confidence building, and social time
• Parent & Toddler groups with themed activities
• Wellbeing sessions for parents with older little ones
• Workshops on transitions (nursery, sibling arrival, etc.)
• Once you’re part of Bump & Beyond, you’re part of a growing community — one that supports your family’s journey at every stage.

📍 Where & When?

Sessions run weekly at The Activity Den in Shipley, with flexible options for weekday mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends. We also run satellite classes in and around the local area to support more families.
